Describe the route the rental vehicle will use
Provide the exact entrance, known gate restrictions and the planned position. Tell the rental contact if the project address points to a different part of the property. Clear approach information is useful even when the proposed cabin itself appears easy to fit.
Keep the service contact current
Identify someone who can answer access questions throughout the rental, not only on delivery day. Discuss cleaning, supplies and collection in the accepted arrangement. If a gate becomes locked or the work area moves, contact the rental team before a scheduled visit or any attempt to move equipment.
Give visiting drivers usable access instructions
A street address may bring the service vehicle to the wrong side of a construction property. Identify the working entrance, who can admit a driver and whether another delivery will occupy the approach. Make the same information available for servicing and collection. Changes to fencing, parking or access hours should reach the rental contact before a scheduled visit.
Create a short access note
- Entrance description and an on-site contact, without publishing private gate codes.
- A place for the driver to discuss safe positioning with the site contact.
- Known periods when trades or deliveries restrict the route.
