Check the practical gap at the wedding venue
Confirm which bathrooms are available to guests and suppliers across the full schedule. Discuss the extra facilities needed rather than assuming a rental must replace every existing restroom. Compare cabins and trailers by their actual features, utilities and entry arrangements.
Let the layout serve guests without becoming a distraction
Place washing and toilets where guests can understand the route, including when the reception continues after dark. Explain screening and decoration plans to the venue contact. Keep the equipment accessible for service and have a coordinator, rather than the couple, manage arrival and pickup questions.
Make restroom access part of the guest experience
A comfortable interior will not solve an awkward walk across a busy service area. Discuss the guest route, lighting and accessible approach with the venue. Include suppliers who arrive before the ceremony and people staying for clear-up. Decide who can answer a service question while the couple and organiser are occupied with the occasion.
Check with your venue coordinator
- Usable venue bathrooms and any closing-time restrictions.
- Placement that provides privacy without blocking entrances.
- A named person for delivery, questions and collection.
