Find the gap in the washing arrangement
Check whether the chosen toilets actually have sinks and whether other washing facilities remain available to users. Where a separate station is needed, identify who will use it and during which periods. This avoids ordering on the assumption that hand sanitiser and soap-and-water washing are the same facility.
Include refilling and replenishment in the question
Discuss water, supplies, waste handling and the proposed service visits. Keep the station reachable and do not position it where other equipment will cover the approach. If it supports food preparation, have the responsible organiser confirm the applicable requirements rather than assuming every station suits every activity.
Assign responsibility for water and supplies
A wash station is useful only while water, soap and the agreed drying supplies are available. Ask what arrives with the equipment and what happens when it needs attention. For a longer rental, establish who notices a shortage and whom they contact. Wastewater arrangements belong in the same discussion; do not assume the station may be emptied at the property.
Include these details in the request
- Expected use and whether the station serves one or several toilet positions.
- Who checks supplies between scheduled provider visits.
- How replenishment and wastewater handling are arranged.
